Full payment or agreed deposits must be made before access to any programme, coaching session, workshop, event, or service is granted.
Priori Orators reserves the right to decline participation where payment obligations have not been fulfilled.

By making payment, the client expressly acknowledges and agrees that payments are non-refundable.
Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice for any rescheduling request.
Rescheduling requests remain subject to availability and approval.
A client arriving more than 30 minutes late for a scheduled coaching session may be considered a no-show.
Missed sessions are forfeited and shall not be refunded, credited, or rescheduled except at the sole discretion of Priori Orators.
For organisational and institutional engagements, confirmed training dates are reserved exclusively for the client.
Cancellation by a client after confirmation may result in forfeiture of deposits and any expenses already incurred by Priori Orators including venue bookings, travel arrangements, accommodation, logistics, training materials, facilitator commitments, and administrative costs.
All training materials, frameworks, methodologies, presentations, videos, documents, assessments, and resources provided by Priori Orators remain the intellectual property of Priori Orators unless otherwise stated.

Information disclosed during coaching or training sessions will be treated as confidential except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of harm to any individual.
Priori Orators provides educational, developmental, coaching, and consulting services.
While every effort is made to deliver exceptional outcomes, Priori Orators does not guarantee specific personal, professional, financial, academic, or business results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Priori Orators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in any programme or use of any service.
